Reprieve – campaigning against the death penalty

Our March speaker was Andalib Aziz from Reprieve.

Reprieve is a charity that defends marginalised people who are facing human rights abuses, often at the hands of powerful governments. They challenge human rights abuses in the courts of law – in the UK and around the world. 

Andalib is Reprieve’s South Asia Caseworker and specialises in human rights concerns surrounding the death penalty. She talked to us about her work, which has a particular focus on the South Asia region and, more specifically, Pakistan. You can see the video of her talk on our YouTube Channel
